Instructor will bring:
Dyes and chemicals, Containers for dyeing, Heat press, Irons (2) and board Small pieces fabric for sampling/demos Dye pots, Hot plates (2), Mechanical resists, Sponge brushes, Stamps/blocks for printing, Easy cut for making blocks, X-acto knives, Heat gun

Supply List for Participant:

  1. Sewing machine
  2. 1 metre lengths fibres (natural - cellulosic = cotton, linen, bamboo, silk etc.)
  3. 1 metre lengths of lightweight polyester, light colours.
  4. Variety of brushes - narrow to wide
  5. Sheet of acrylic or Plexiglas - no larger than 16" x 18"
  6. Any stamps you particularly wish to work with
  7. Pens/pencils
  8. X-acto knife
  9. Note pad
  10. Needle and thread
  11. Masking tape
  12. Scissors (fabric and paper)
  13. Protective clothing
  14. Dust mask
  15. Gloves
  16. Iron and ironing board
  17. Hot plate (2 additional only required in addition to instructor) confirm before bringing.)
