Submissions for use on VGFA site
Members are invited to send text or photos for use on our site. Be patient. The site will be updated several times a year. Efforts will be made to showcase many members but we cannot promise in include all photos or text sent.

Please send jpeg photos in highest resolution that you have. If you wish to send photos for use on VGFA site, please read the following disclaimer and indicate your agreement in your email.

Please read following and send consent with your email when submitting photos for use on VGFA site.

I allow photos I submit for use on VGFA website to be use on VGFA website.

I allow photos of my artwork to be cropped of dead air space surrounding object.

I allow my photos to be adjusted to show to their best asthetic advantage for viewing on web. This often includes some brightening which greatly enhances visual quality when view on web.

I allow my photos to be sized for consistency for VGFA website. I allow my photos to be viewed as detail only when used to enhance aesthetic quality of VGFA website.

I allow my photos to be used without artist credit on VGFA website where space does not permit artist credit and technical details.

I allow my name, technical details and excerpts of my artist statement to be used beside my artwork photos when space and aesthetics allow on appropriate pages on VGFA website.

I allow VGFA web volunteers to use my photos in any manner on VGFA website.

I understand that webpages will not be altered and deleted of photos of my artwork once they are mounted on web until web volunteers are ready to make their next changes to VGFA website pages.

I understand that the aim of VGFA website is to:
-speak to VGFA members
-showcase VGFA to web users around the world
-present a high aesthetic visual website presentation
